Terms of Service
Terms and conditions for using this platform.
Effective as of February 1, 20262. Description of Service
This platform provides booking and appointment management services, including online scheduling, appointment management, QR code check-in, and business management tools.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activities under your account, providing accurate information, and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Service for illegal activities, interfere with the infrastructure, collect other users' data without permission, impersonate others, or upload infringing content.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service (photos, descriptions, business data). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Payments and Fees
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and subscription plan information is available on our Pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.

The Bookwae platform, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is our property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also discontinue your use of the Service at any time by deactivating your account.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be announced through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
